The staff will welcome and brief the group on the ground. Then, it will be divided into teams and once on board, the different roles will be assigned to each member. Just after some sailing tests you will live the magic of the race, triggering adrenaline and getting in confidence with your team.
In the case of large groups, teams that do not jump immediately on the boats will be entertained with a teambuilding on the ground. At the end of the activity, there will be a moment of get together and the awards of the winning team. The activity can be combined with a light lunch and / or dinner , according to the availability and timing.
