Scouring the misty and charming autumnal countryside of Piedmont or Tuscany to go truffle hunting in Italy is an experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.
Ultimately Italian truffles are some of the most prized and treasured in the world and if you pair them with the best local renowned wines, well…your event will be simply considered “pure heaven” by all the attendees!

ACTIVITY
Guests will spend the morning enjoying some hours walking through woods with an expert truffle hunter and his devoted dogs. You’ll learn about where luxurious tartufi bianchi (white truffles) grow and how the dogs work and, hopefully, some of the participants will be lucky enough to uncover some of the hidden truffles by themselves.
At the end of the activity, the group will learn how to clean fresh truffles to be prepared them to be added to typical italian receipts. Lunch will be served in a panoramic restaurant facing peaceful hills and medieval villages.
Guests will be able to fully appreciate truffle-based dishes by combining them to regional red wines, the best way to end this wonderful experience!
